Its a reference library formed in memory of late Prof. M. N. Vijayan, the great schooler, orator, writer and philosopher of our times. The library is functioning as a research centers for subjects like culture, social, literature and economic issues. It conducts periodical seminars on various public issues. There are books on varying subjects that can be used as references.
