Owner has no sense of humor he comes and disturb u about fee and many other things don't do that and that blah blah atleast if a student is studying he can say him/her outside the library why disturb in between bad behaviour I don't like this library at all chair is also not comfortable I got backache and there is no cleaning in inside the library
