Very good library in city and it is also known as district central library.

Iot of books are available. If your preparing for competitive exams..it is a perfect place.

Upto 10 pm, you can read here. No restriction

For instance, one of the guy cracked IAS and got AIR 16 from here

This is the only largest Library in Nellore District, still many more old books available that to very rare ones, in my childhood i use to go twice in a week to collect books, My dad had two memberships in this Library, very good library.
