Got cheated badly. Didn't know any local rotaries close to where I reside and hence went to him. He said he would do it himself. Instead asked us to go to a town an hour away. He got the document notaries by someone else. He charged us ₹3500 for something that would have cost me ₹200. At the time taking payment he rightfully disappeared and got his assistant to recieve the payment. The next day when I submitted the notarised document to the bank manager he said that we've been cheated badly. The bank's notary charges ₹200. The manager said that he will mention this incident to all the lawyers he knows. I have told my family in the area to spread the word around.
