We have few vacant lands in the village area. We weren’t in a possession on those lands. All property were ancestral / inherited property. One of our family relative had illegally taken all those property. We were completely deprived from getting shares of all those lands. On that time we contacted this advocates firm and we had a conversations with Mr. S. Sarkar, Advocate. Advocate suggested us to file title suit in the District Court. Pursuant to the said we had filed title suit being Title Suit No. 109 of 2016 and injunction application. Thereafter, injunction order was passed in favour of us. Other side moved an appeal in Higher Court. We appeared in their matter also. Higher Court also passed an order in favour of us. Now we have won the case. Matter is disposed of. This is a best civil law firm. They work diligently. There’s no doubt. You have to keep patience in civil suit. Mr. Sarkar is simply outstanding.

There is an illegal construction beside our ancestral property. We met few advocates earlier and they did their best but all went in vain. After some times, we heard about this law firm, we came and met the advocates associates of this law firm. They guided us and they told us at the very beginning that our matter won’t be disposed of within 12-14 months in fact it’s not possible at all. They said it would take minimum 4-5 years to dispose of this case. We agreed to them & further proceeded on this matter with S L S Team. Firstly they sent few notice to different authorities, lodged 2 criminal cases, then started civil cases before the Tribunal as well as civil court. After a long time like 4 years, order is passed for demolition of the building. Other side went to high court & filed an appeal, we also appeared in the high court and defended the case. At last we contested the matter and final order has been passed in favour of us. We are happy with this law firm and Mr. Sarkar appeared on behalf of us, we seen him very closely while he was making his submission before the Court, simply we have no words. We have a Proprietorship firm, we have taken Unsecured Business loan from different NON-BANKING FINANCIAL COMPANY (NBFC), we had been suffering from financial stringency at that point time and present scenario of our financial condition was in a miserable state and under no circumstances it would be possible for us to pay such loan amount within the stipulated period of time. I, being a Manager of one Logistic Company, Kolkata am writing this review. We are importing goods from Belgium. The goods were duly loaded at Belgium port and it was sent to our country. But the shipping company through which the goods were sent they should have maintained minimum temperature 3 to 4 degree in the container. But it’s very unfortunate they have not maintained the minimum temperature in the container that is why all goods were damaged and customs department had taken photographs & given Panchnama by mentioning annexure and further declared the entire goods are damaged. We had immediately informed the shipping company but they denied the facts. We had requested so many times that our money is involved in this case. Shipping company had not replied to our requests. We went few solicitors firm they tried their level best but nothing is done. At last we had gone to Mr. Sarkar’s office and fortunately met him. Mr. Sarkar has taken this matter and initiated Civil Case and claimed compensation from the shipping company. It’s been a long time like after 4 years Hon’ble Court passed the order and further given order for compensation also. Mr. Sarkar had personally appeared in the matter and made his submission in the court room in our presence. He’s simply outstanding & awesome. I have taken long time to write this review as we have seen Mr. Sarkar very closely. That is the main reason.
