cheated me for birth certificate, to arrange a duplicate copy of birth certificate he charged me 20,000 rupees and he claimed he is the one who dealt with municipal committee and get everything done for me. Later i found out he just requested a duplicate copy, might cost him 10-20 rupees, is this the way to get rich ???
