When I called UClean today morning to get my clothes for the week laundered, frankly, I wasn’t expecting them to meet their commitment of giving my clothes washed and ironed within a day. I am sitting here in the evening, collecting my clothes, ironed in a very well-equipped laundry. I feel I can trust UClean with my clothes.

The concept of this chain is inspired by both, a self-service / laundomat as known from Europe and classic Indian serviced laundry: Prices are not per item but per kg; at 11/2019 it's 60Rs/kg for washing, drying and folding; additional fee per kg if you want ironing. Plan 24h from handover to handover — even though the machines will complete a cycle within 45-60 minutes, they are in constant use, so your stuff likely has to queue more or less long. That's why the staff, not you yourself like in an laundomat, will operate the machines. Pickup and delivery possible for additional fee.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shop, machines and handling make a good impression, i.e. clean, organized, caring/cared. Clothes look and smell perfectly well after wash.
