I found U clean to be one of the best laundry service, who strongly maintain their commitments towards the customer. All the staff specially Pradeep Kumar of Lajpat Nagar 4 is too well mannered and efficient towards his duty. Keep up the best work.

Everything I book for a specific time as I am not available post that and everytime they call and say that pick-up guy will come after 2 hours. Why you even ask for preferred time on the website when you are not going to follow it. And they are totally rude and unprofessional.

For winter clothes, they charge bomb and even for clothes that are not sweaters but light winter T-shirts which I usually get washed from other laundry’s, uclean wanted to add them to dry cleaning and refused. They don’t even care about customers convenience and guy on the phone always sounds arrogant. Very bad experience twice and twice I cancelled the laundry as they had some issue or the other.

Useless customer service and satisfaction and they should shut their services when they can’t focus on that! And probably live with their arrogance!

Upender was the delivery boy and he was so disrespectful and careless about the entire experience at uclean. He was adamant that he was right and everyone is wrong.

Premium Laundry and Dry cleaning are so good. Dry clean clothes will be delivered with hangers, and delivery boy Pradeep Kumar is so impressive by explaining all the details and conflicts if any.

I've been using Uclean for 5 months now and not once have they given me a chance to complain. Mr. Pradeep Kumar is always on time for the pick ups and drops and has been extremely professional.
