Laundry King

Very nice company, great company, I always use their service. They have never let me down.

The laundry delivery is never on time. If you don’t follow up with them these guys will never respond you back. Secondly they will not deliver the laundry on the delivery date instead they will delay by 2days. Staff are unprofessional and they will not provide you with resolution. In my case I have been calling them and the so called store manager is clueless about what to address the complain. So next time when you are placing an order please think twice.

One of the worst management. They take orders and won’t deliver the clothes in time. Wash is okay but the iron is horrible. Half of the time you have to do ironing at home because they do not provide the actual service for which they take money. Prefer another laundry or dry cleaning service.

We have been using laundry King on regular basis for the past 3 months. Very satisfied with the service. This is apt for people who always run short on time for laundry. Very quick pick up service. I somehow didn't find the charges pricey as I almost pay the same amount to the local laundry service for iron and dry cleaning. Best part is that clothes are wrapped in a special package . So till my next use I don't remove the packaging n the iron stays intact. I got all my clothes on time. No delivery issues till date. Happy to find this service.

Nice place , reasonable rate , helpful & polite staffs , nice service experience . I had given some items for wash when i didn't feel satisfied they said they will rewash them again for free very considerate. They also washed my sofa for reasonable price very nice work I was satisfied. I now give all my things to them . I am happy with their consideration & service.

Bogus service. They took the clothes and in the app it showed 7 days but the delivery boy said that it’ll take 10 days, minimum. It’s been nearly 3 weeks. Gave clothes on 11th Nov. Still have not received them. These people should just close down their shop. With this kind of service I don’t think the business will stick around in a couple of years unless they change their attitude about the work.

Very responsive service. We use them on a regular basis during our stay in India. They pick up promptly, and always call before delivering to ensure someone is home. We use their services for our clothes as well as bed linens. We have been very satisfied with the quality of their cleaning and packaging. They also offer various contactless payment options.

I had booked for dry cleaning for 5 winter garments (on 8th November) and I fixed the delivery date for 15th November. It has been nearly a month(29 th November) and I have not received the delivery as yet. Every time I call them they respond by saying that they are looking into the matter and it will take a day or two but never get back. All I want now is for them to return my clothes back as soon as possible. That's all. I am extremely disappointed with their service and lack of commitment.
