they DONT clean clothes properly and return u TORN and DAMAGED clothes(the cloth in question was brand new and was worn for 4hrs). Their customer care is RUDE and DOES NOT ACCEPT FAULT. rather says its the clothes brands fault. Neither have have ethics to run a business nor have courtesy to provide service.

This is for the others who wanna render their service
Pros : timely pick up and delivery
Riders were courteous
Cons : clothes return with stains
Clothes are returned torn and damaged
Customer care is
1. RUDE and has no idea of customer handling.
2. U will get a crash course on washing
3. It is never their fault rather the brands and you
4. You will get mini reviews and lectures on which brands to buy.
5.Ur money has less or no value to them.
6. Zero communication amongst themselves.

And after all this if u want them to sort your problem unlike other services they wont rewash or fix ur clothes but would want you to rebook them again.
I have never been so DISAPPOINTED in people and service like this.

And if you are okay with UNDERWASHED and DAMAGED clothes and if wanna cry about ur beloved clothes later, then go forward and render their service.

These guys are the worst laundry service providers in the city. I had ordered 3 times through these guys but the third was the last time I used their services. I am writing this review with the intend of saving other users from cheats and unprofessional service providers. Many times it’s not about the monetary loss but the harassment one does even after providing below standard services.

The incident goes like this : I had placed an order few days ago and post delivery I found that the paint as well as logo on my t shirt had been ruined. I called at their support and the guy who picked the call told me unapologetically that yes it had happened while washing I even have a picture and informed Hub manager when it happened. I asked if you guys were aware than why was I not informed at time of delivery. To his he responded we might have forgotten. That’s it.

I asked what is your compensation policy in case you compromise on the quality and condition of goods (this T-shirt costed like 3500 inr), what came next was shocking as he told me that what do you expect after paying 35 inr for premium wash.

I would suggest users around to order through someone who makes you atleast feel that your clothes are in safe hands as there are way better , customer focused and efficient service providers available in market. FABYCARE IS DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THEM.

Response to owner: Kindly let me know that how do we expect to get value for our trust and resources that we place in you? You are here to tell me the difference between different types of washes, hence again just promoting your own services and not providing any resolution for bad customer service. For your research, let me inform you that I have always opted for premium wash and if you guys can not provide necessary services from your end even for premium washes, then don’t expect customers to get fooled and harassed.

The worst service ever . Have damaged 2 shirts . Stains not removed from the clothes. Also my wife got someone elses dress in place of hers . Would not recommend these ppl to anyone . Very unprofessional. Not to mention the clothes were delayed by 2 days as well.

They steal items!!! Two branded men's new shirts gor stolen from our order!nobody returned money!!! Also our new bedsheets got stained by fabycare!!! And on top of that we got someone's else pants in our order,but nobody from fabycare came to pick them back!!!

Worst laundry company seen ever with worst customer service .The quality of washing was worst . colours jus fade away and the tell me if u are using a expensive cloth u should give for dry clean .If u are giving it for normal wash and iron it becomes our ryt to spoil your cloth.And on top of it they say it isn't torn na (kapor chire jaye ni toh).

Can get your clothes washed & ironed in good quality at reasonable rates. Express delivery isn't available as disclosed in website
