Very poor service and unprofessional behavior. Dont understand why it is written as best dry cleaners in city. It was a really bad experience as they behave unprofessionally in case they are busy. Seems minting money from business and not caring for customer satisfaction

Yesterday I got my lehnga ..it was burnt from many place .. they are not saying they are not responsible and syaoung I have given them burnt lehnag...how can they do this....no one give diffected item. If given they check and return ....they have done dry cleaning on it and have burnt while ironing....they and their outlets all are fake...they don't take responsibility... I will share there pic and reciept... And video..and will post on Facebook and youtube...worst dry cleaners of kanpur....I will infcat file a complaint on consumer forum.

Be careful while booking after every garment they write cut in front of every item, to fool customer in case if there is any damage while drycleaning.
