Big Laundry

Washing quality is very bad, I really having doubts are they washing it or simply returning only with ironing.. The colour my kurta changed, I asked for the reason they told that water quality is not good like that.. They not yet rectify it. The customer service is very poor. They not even turning up either for calls or messages.

After the review they contacted me and solved the problem and they assured no one will face that experience again so its ok for me now. What was done is already done they can't reverse the experience and the wasted time and they didn't offer compansation but hopefully it getts better in the future.
Too much delays and execuses. I used it for 1.5 month and they managed to deliver the laundry on time only once during this period.

Gave my wife's expensive shawl for laundry and they shrunk it and completely ruined it. They have expressed their inability to do anything about it citing its 4months later.
I am very appreciative of the immediate action taken by big laundry management to compensate us .
We are very happy with their prompt action.

Bigbdry offers the most resonably priced , fast , efficient laundry services in Noida .I had opted for the express delivery as I needed to catch a flight the same day and they returned the clothes within 6 hours , clean and compactly folded, which made it so easy to pack the clothes in the suitcase. I will happily use their services again.

They will promise some thing, we get something.
The worst customer service ever.

In my case i wasted my 10k bucks
During payment they told these many garments, validity these many months

But when they, put their own rates.
Being a B2C company, No proper end to end communication.

Till now, they have not changed my email address in their records. They won't send the bill for your payments

Every time, staff changes.
For all our issues, they simply belames on the person who left their company.

On top of that, Pickup will not happen regularly( they will say next week they will pick up as vehicle breakdown)

Last time when I posted a message about delayed and unprofessional response from big laundry, I got a call from service manager and the issue was addressed, however they forced me to take out the rating saying the person who does pick up won't get their money as if they didn't do the service better. The actual problem is with the person named Vimal who actually books order. As per our current package, we can still use it for 4 more cloths. The other day we received a message saying, they incorrectly tagged 4 cloths from other account which will be corrected from their end and we can still use this package for those 4 cloths. But when we spoke to Vimal, he again gave rude reply saying, they can't pick up 4 cloths and it got covered already. Though we showed the message where big laundry confirmed that 4 cloths from other account incorrectly tagged, Vimal was very rude and didn't give proper response. I demand big laundry to refund the money for those 4 cloths and take action against Vimal.

Generally good service. One of the cheapest in the town. Clothes are neatly washed and ironed.
But company needs more professional management.
