Wash Door Laundry

Quaint place in Velachery, but easily accessible. Came here using Google maps.
Service was good, got next day delivery.
My white vests became slightly bluish green, other than that everything was good.
Price is reasonable too.

First thing, after taking the clothes, estimate was not given in the bill because as a new customer to the shop , I was shocked by the final price when I went to purchase the clothes.
Secondly after the purchase , i came back to the shop to collect the missing 2 clothes🤣🤣
Not recommended and will not come here again😐

Very very costly. They don't have break up of items in the bill. They tell you one price and charge you more at the time of billing. No transparency

Worst service, clothes are missing, deliver your clothes at their feasible time. No one will respond if we ask about where is my delivery. Revise the price without any prior information. Don't even think about to try in washdoor laundry.

Clothes smells great after the normal wash. White clothes had little stain still. Despite clean wash and fold. Little costly.

They showed me a lesser weight(4.100 Kg) while pickup that tricked me to add more weight but while dropping they showed me the original weight (12Kg). I ended up paying more than I expected. I agreed to pay but the manager refused to accept the mistake and argued in a condescending manner. No proper way of giving price estimation before hand. Cloths are in good condition though. Disappointed with the managers attitude and lost of trust.

Their services are pukka. The cloths are washed clean and aromatic. Though they take 2 or three days to deliver I like their excellent work.
