Laundry Hub

I love when things just work out - and with laundry hub, that could not be more true. The clothes were picked up within 2 hours and returned 20hrs later. The 24-hr express service was only marginally more expensive than the non-express (2USD/kg instead of 1.60USD/kg). Delivery was 0.50USD.
The clothes came back clean, ironed, and with pieces of paper in them to prevent them from getting crumpled during delivery.

Worst in the town. We gave a silk saree for dry wash and the zari got damaged completely. They are very ignorant in their reply. We also witnessed another customer whose silk saree was also damaged badly. Beware of fake reviews for this shop.

Gave a king size blanket(Fur) for washing. Delivered me in week. I received the blanket in Very pathetic condition. Full of hair and dust with a black tinge all over the blanket. They don’t know how to wash it. Don’t give any special items to them. They might be good in washing normal shirts, trousers and sarees. But very poor in washing other fabrics. If there is any rating in minus I will go for it. Will never go again there. Think twice before going there.

Awful experience. I gave my wedding Dhothi set for dry wash. On 02 nd Jan 2021 i went to collect the same. It was neatly packed and ready for delivery. I opened the pack and was awestruck by the meagre attention of the staff. It was full of stains and dirt. It seemed as if they simply ironed the clothes without washing it. I hate this shop and the service offered without any regard for the customers' belongings.
Even the staff who delivered this to me is not able to believe that my attire has been washed.
Is this your way of customer service?

Very worst service, delivery person not behaving properly, company person not answering properly. Waste of money

Dress were washed properly and smelled good.
