Worst service ever, it has been 10 days since I gave my dress for washing till today 14/10/2019 they have not returned my dress, just giving fake dates for delivery. Even I spoke with the owner and it is till the same want kind of service they are doing. Totally a worst one, everytime I have to go there on the given date and they casually say another random date. This is not the first time I'm facing this everytime they give a date and they won't give it on time even they can't contact us by phone and inform that it is delayed, if we contact them they will not pick up the call if they pick up they will say it is from ganapathy branch.But they have only one number for both the branches. But I'm the advertising board it is mentioned as 24 hours delivery, I know it is not possible but u people atleast delivery it on time as per the date you have given to the customer.

But they took 72 hours to iron my clothes just 5 shirts & 2 pants

They use to tell will deliver you in 24hrs for washing & ironing

But only for ironing they took 72 hours for me

Huge Delay is the problem. It does not suit urgent needs but washing was good. You have to wait for a week if you choose to give for wet wash. Sometimes a poor response or no response. This is my review

They have damaged the costly sarees. Waste of money. Please don’t give your dress to them if you want the dress to be safe. Poor response and poor quality. Not recommended at all.

You people won’t even pick up the call and no response from your side. Already Tried to reach you people but no response at all.

Very very bad....very late delivery ...holding products more than 20 days...damaging sarees given for ironing . .no proper gps tracking...daily daily one person calling for delivery...no proper delivery partner...poor response from staffs
