Excellent and wonderful service right from the beginning by Mr. Sharan. Superb and perfect in the way I wanted it. And they have gone above and beyond to help me out in an emergency situation for my interview. Timely service excellent customer support and they really care about the customer.

They gave me due date on 10th. So I visited 11th for delivery. But it's not yet ready.

I used to be a regular customer at this place. In the month of June, I had a given a set of formal pant and two shirts for dry cleaning. When there was no call from them for close to a month I started to follow up, during which I came to know that they had lost all 3 pieces. They committed to finding it, however they could only get the shirts. Despite continuous follow up for 3 months, they failed to find the pant, nor reimburse it's cost. The pant was part of a 3 piece suit which was quite costly and the same was explained to staff there, who agreed with it. I asked them to reimburse the cost, and that I will continue to use their service, and if they ever find the pant I will return the money. To this day they have not given any positive response, and with this review, I am stopping all follow ups.
So before any one who reads this review gives the clothes at this place, it is safer to not give your expensive items.

Very bad service. We went to get the items after the said delivery date. We even called before reaching there. Still they didn't get the items ready. They are ironing sarees in front of us. All just talk and no work. All waste of money. Money down the drain. I would strongly recommend not to chose this shop

Basic washing and ironing at affordable market cost and on time delivery

I had given it my cloths and they said delivery after 4 days.After due date no response to the calls. when i reached there to collect,they not even know where the cloths are and in front of searched and got the items and nothing was done.
Very poor service and no responsibility and accountability.I am not recommending seriously

When I gave my clothes for dy cleaning on a Saturday, they mentioned that it will be ready on Wednesday (4 days). But even on Thursday, it wasnt ready. They even forgot that I had given it and had kept it one corner of their shop forgetting it was there at all. Very poor service.
