Laundry For Sure

I had given my Leather Laptop Bag in the month of Septemeber, 2020 to this store for dry cleaning. The Store instead of having it cleaned properly, totally ruined the bag by damaging the leather straps of the bag. I kept asking them to either replace the bag or repair it with the same quality leather. To my shock, their staff is so rude that, till date they have not resolved the problem and neither returned my bag in the proper condition. Further, it is quite unfortunate to note that their staff openly says, "you may take legal actions."

I would personally not recommend this store to anyone due to their unethical, rude and unprofessional behaviour.

I gave my double blanket for dry cleaning and very happy with the pick and drop service , value for money and response was professional .
