i had given my shoes for drycleaning and repair on 19th dec. i havent had such a appauling experience with anybody till now. These guys are horrible ..... they would not give you any idea as to what is happening. On 21st they tell me washing is done and wud keep me updated if repairs can happen or notbut they have not. today after me contacting them they have to say that "washing is done sir" and they cant repair. if you are thinking of shoe laundery avoid this place for sure.

My shoes were in a very bad state after my trek, the color had spread all over after I washed them. I am very happy with the way these guys have revived my old shoes into new. Very professional. Highly recommended.

Not at all professional, three times they took my address and confirmed time for pick but never turned up... Whenever i called i was told will pick up within hour and that hour never ended.
Before pick up i received email of disclaimer in which it is mentioned they dont take any gurantee...i mean if that is the case why should i pay more instead i can approach any road side mochi.

Extensive repairs will take longer and the time of delivery will be specified after the quantum of work has been examined at workshop.

The results may vary depending on the shoes and its initial condition.

We do not accept shoes just for repairs. We don't do repairs of dirty shoes.

We are not liable for any damage that may occur during the normal washing of the shoes. Some shoes if not used for longer may flake and crack. Soles may crumble if left unused for long. These become visible only after washing process has begun.

Cracking, flaking and chapping of the upper layer is a normal sign of wear and tear from daily use.

We are not responsible for colour run-offs or colour fading since we do not bleach in harsh chemicals in our process.

Slight variation in colour in case of suede leather is normal since it is not a manufactured material.

Exorbitantly expensive and exotic footwear will not be accepted unless we have an understanding of non-liability.

It is normal for repairs to come up during the cleaning process. The same may not have been present or detected during pick-up. For example if the shoe start to peel during washing we will do the repairs on the same. This will be chargeable.

We have all the rights to refuse any shoes that we feel is beyond the scope of repairs.

On closer examination at the workshop we may choose not to process a pair of shoes that has already been collected by laundry. The same will be returned at no charges what so ever.

No charges will be levied for a shoe returned unprocessed or partially processed.

Repairs will be charged are per actual. This is not included in the cleaning charges.

Some types of stains, chemical dyes and paint that may be on the shoes are permanent and we try our best to remove them but they may not come off completely.

The rate and charges cannot be altered by the delivery person or any other person other than the proprietor.

In case of loss or damage of shoes during transportation, the 50% of the cost of the article will be reimbursed.

We try to deliver the shoes within the promised time but there could be delays due to reasons that are not in our control.

No harsh chemicals or agents of any sort are used in our cleaning process.

I would give them a good rating but I was told that I need to give them at least 3 pairs of shoes since I lived far away. They misplaced one of the pairs and told me that they would pay me for it but since then they have missed the deadlines that they set for themselves and also have now stopped receiving my calls.

Was not sure really ..about the results, but gave it a try, my sports shoes as good as new, no damage or sogginess to the inner sole . Pick up and drop surely is a bonus in the busy schedule.

BAD SERVICE CANT TRUST THESE PEOPLE m still waiting fr my Nike shoe leces that they were suppose to return it two weeks, very dispointed with the services? I have already paid them their money.

SUGESSION FR ALL PLEASE CHECK UR STUFF WHEN U GET IT BACK FROM THESE GUYS 😤

Never got my shoes back. They picked up my call for the first week, and kept giving some status updates. After that my call has been diverted to some other number and never gets through. Stay away from them.
Edit: I was later able to contact then and they did give my shoes back, but some of the repair work wasn’t done.

Their shoe cleaning takes a little time cuz of the rain but the shoes look really good .
