BrightNok - Online Laundry Services in Wakad

I'm staying in pune, every time when I look for fulfilling my laundry service, I look nowhere other than BRIGHT WASH laundry. Because they are very timely and they will deliver on the immediate next day. It never failed. Even there are some extra fast option also available which could reduce your delivery time still.

They are really doing a great job in and around Whitefield. Highly recommended

At first I thought it would be regular laundry store wherein I can drop off my laundry and return the next day to pick it up. Well, to my surprise it was not even close, in fact it was much more than that. It is more like Starbucks or CCD. comfy seating arrangement and lot of stuff to pass time. the staff is friendly and polite with a natural smile. decent price and super clean clothes. next time I simply called them up they were home in no time. got my clothes nicely folded and ironed just the way I do it my self(to be honest even better than how I do it). I don't write much reviews but this one has earned it. Thank you BRIGHT WASH!

Worst User experience ever:

I placed an order on call, and the guy didn't tell me any breakdown of charges. He told me that they take 70rs per kg clothes which includes the shipping charges too. Only thing that he mentioned was that they don't accept clothes below 1kg. But when he gave me the invoice it had shipping charges and separate charges for ironing and the rate was 60/kg. So everything he told me on the phone was inadequate and inappropriate. @brightWash - if you are not literate enough to explain your charges on call, bloody dont take orders on call, ask the user to place order on your website instead so he can at least read the price breakdown correctly.

Very Unresponsive. Its been three days, I have been chasing for delivery of my clothes. Still have not received it. No one picks up phone, no one bothers to respond on whatsapp. False delivery promises, customer keeps waiting for long. Earlier it used to be good and I was their regular customer since an year. Now its pathetic and frustrating. Won't opt them again.

The worst laundry service I have experienced.
My husband gave his 3 pc suit(which was wore just once) for dry cleaning.
This people collected the suit in the morning from our home. They gave a call in the evening that the suit is TORN!
First they tried to put the blame on us, that we gave the suit in this condition but when we denied and told that the suit was in good condition with us, they agreed that it was their mistake and the suit was torn due to their machine!
But what could be done now! The suit is ruined and could not be worn.
The WORST laundry service.
For the sake of your costly and branded clothes, please AVOID going here!

This guys are big time fraud, it's been 3 weeks now they have not return my cloths which I had placed for wash and iron. I am following with them but no help. If you want to loose your cloths then opt in for there services, this guys are just bunch of cheaters. I am taking legal action on them if some one out their had similar experience like me, feel free to contact me

Bright Nok Laundry Service Operating at Ivy League House is not good. They have no clue where my four clothes are and keep on saying that it will come next day. Don't know what to do now.

I placed an order, and got a call for pickup. I was waiting for an hour but no one showed up. When I called them they said that they will come next day to collect, but no one came. Have plenty other laundry service providers and we don't need you.
