This is the first time I have ever used a laundry pickup service. I made arrangements for my laundry to be picked up on Thursday, returned on Friday and was told that it would be picked up between 12-4:30 pm. By 6:45pm, my laundry still had not been picked up, and their website says laundry pickup goes until 7 pm so I texted customer service and was told that my driver was two stops away. By 8:30pm, they still hadn't shown up, and I started looking more closely at reviews. I saw a review on Facebook from someone who said that Laundryfly had their laundry for a week, so between that review and my laundry still not having been picked up four hours after the expected pickup window, I made other arrangements. Friday morning at 9:30 I got a message that my driver was here to pick up my laundry. There was no communication yesterday that my driver would be coming the next day. So I was expected to leave my laundry out all day and overnight in case someone showed up? With no guarantee I'd have my clothes back on Friday when I needed them? Unacceptable, especially as a first impression.
