UClean dry clean and laundry

They soiled my shirt & refused to accept their mistake. Manager is extremely rude. It shd be called unclean.

Initially services were remarkably good and for high volumes they used to give preferred rates for ironing but all of the sudden they increased rates by 50% which is quite surprising to all of us.

We wanted to collaborate with our CHS For long term business but no response from respective team.

I am sure that another services would lead this region most effectively.

The staff is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Takes customer for granted. Doesn’t give proper bill on Uclean letterhead but gives a kacha bill to save on commission to Uclean. the owners are always in some different zone and the support staff is high in attitude. Avoid this place. There are Many alternates.

One the best services around. The team is prompt and ensures timely delivery.

that they are doing any charity and they can treat customers according to them specially lady owner is pathetic she don’t have any manners she don’t know how to behave with customers
I will never go there again and advice you all also please don’t visit store pay extra to other vendors but don’t pay her.

They burnt our comforter and had a very unprofessional and unbothered attitude towards our refund and loss of our item. Had to escalate it to the head offices as the woman in this outlet didn’t leave us an option and was very rude in interactions that we had.

Staff is polite packaging is too good and of course value for money
