Quality of dry cleaning as well as wet cleaning is very good at Eurospin. Very professional and good service. Sometime back there were delayed deliveries but now they seem to have improved. Got my clothes dry cleaned in 3 days and that too home delivery without me having to follow up. Hope they continue this service even in future.

Very comfortable that now you can pay for the services online. Services in Laundry Town are always of high quality, clothes after them as new, no signs of old stains. Prices are also excellent. Before that I tried a lot of laundry services, but they aren't half as great as EUROSPIN.... I've been using Eurospin since 2016, and I was delighted by their service for the last 3 years...its only in 2019..I have seen a drastic drop in the quality of cleaning, response and they need multiple call ups to their delivery/pick up team for either pick ups and drops.

My clothes look faded while it is cleaned , so a little concerned over the chemical quality. Was there a change in ownership or leadership? I'm unaware...but quality has definitely dropped. Just today had to call up again for luck up of laundry despite calling them last week. Just a little dissatisfied that thrte was such a great start to the services 2016 and now its really a shame in 2019. My average dry cleaning is about 15 to 20 pieces of items a month and my average bill is about 1800 to 2800. Do not too cheap either.

2020: revised update on my last review. The Eurospin team has definitely upgraded their quality and service. The recent quality and proactive service during Covid has been exemplar. The quality is back !! The excellent service is back !! and I am a delighted customer.

Eurospin is our go-to laundry services. We have remained loyal to them for the last one year and are pleased with their responses, problem solving especially Ms Jyoti and Ma Archana who speedily sort out issues of any. Quality of steam ironing and dry cleaning is very good. We look forward to them getting more professional and with expansion and training delivery persons we’re sure they will and soon.

I drive Satam Sirs car and have been taking care of their laundry. Eurospin has been absolutely punctual and the quality of wash is exceptional. I have never been made to wait for pickup or drop.
