Pick My Laundry

I have been using this laundry service for more than year now but sadly their service quality has detoriated beyond imagination. Their wash and fold service can't even get dirt and minor stains out of the clothes. Their orders take more than 1 week to get delivered and you have to keep following up every day. They commit but are never able to stick to it. Moreover the riders refuse delivery saying they have other priorities while the customer support staff is expert at only giving delay updates and false hopes. Not recommended at all.

Excellent repair done swiftly and cheerfully; the sofa now looks like new. Excellent service in regards of cleaning couches. I definitely suggest this laundry service since it has replaced my need to go to the laundromat with a dependable and fast service.

I’ve given my saree and other clothes for laundry a month back . Hit the delivery of my clothes however my 2 sarees was missing worth 6 thousand . I called the delivery guy raju and informed him that my sarees are missing firstly he denied them after checking he said yes 2 sarees are there and I’ll check and get back to you . After that conversation this guy did not answered my call . Then I got in touch with there customer care where I kept telling them that my sarees are missing and they told me they gonna call me back which they didn’t do after 3 days of aggressive followup they have told me that they gonna provide 2000 rupee as a refund or compensation amount of the mistake they have done . After the denial of accepting the amount they have told me this is what they can do . This is so sad that I’ve to pay them my laundry amount as well . And now I’ve to compensate after giving them money and my clothes both . Pathetic services . Very disappointed. Would like someone senior to get involved and contact me back

So unprofessional and utterly disgusted with their service. Customer care reassured me of morning delivery time while the delivery wasn't completed even by nighttime and if you tried to call customer care again, they didn't pick up.

What kind of a service is this? And that too after taking 4days for finishing the laundry whereas 48hrs was promised as the turn around time initially.

Such worse management

Very bad service. Not able to deliver on the promised day and time even after they had made a commitment. Cannot be trusted with high quality clothes. I would strongly advise against using this laundry service

I was quite satisfied with the results that Pick My Laundry provided. Worked well, and I loved the results on my leather shoes. This location is very clean and well-maintained.

I genuinely feel pick my laundry has the best laundry service. They are very prompt in their service. Sometimes we tend to keep some money in pants or shirts but they get it back if they find something.. really amazing. They have decent staff and they speak very politely and respond to calls with out fail and give updates promptly.

Worse company worse service. Don’t give them your garments for dry cleaning because they wash it.
I gave my winter woollen blazer for dry cleaning but the guys (Pick my laundry noida sector-30) washed it and delayed the deliver, after multiple calls they delivered it numb. I complaint about it and the customer service guys arranged re-dry cleaning because their was strong a smell of detergent and comforter. Again the launder guys delayed the delivery and did nothing. Smell is still there and my blazer is also shrunk due to wash. We gave our expensive clothes for dry cleaning but these guys are washing it and ruining it.
