I gave my sweaters to wash..

They washed and ironed my all the sweaters destroyed the elasticity of all my sweaters by ironing them.

And even they burnt my sweater neck by ironing it.

Blankets had foul smell after drycleaning, I was their regular customer for 4 years and it was great earlier now they have compromised on quality of dry cleaning, so I had to change my mind.

They are highly unprofessional and disrespectful people. First of all she spoiled my suit as well blouse and when I went back to her she politely said I will get it fixed in notice. But even after keeping the stuff for 3 days, she has not altered and says I have so much of work to do.

I would suggest don't trust her at all.
