The Laundry House

We are quite happy with this laundry service. They are very efficient and quick. The charges too are quite competitive. They offer dry cleaned clothes either in hanger or folded as per request at no extra cost. Even they often arrange for free home delivery. However the best part is their customer service. Last day we reached at the shop after their closing time and they we're wrapping off after day's work. However, they didn't turn us back but reopened the counter to accept our laundry request. The Laundry House certainly deserve a 5 star for their service.

Good service. Prices r bit higher possibly because of the premiumness attached to it.

What they committed, however they don’t deliver. They do not listen to complaints.

Firstly they give a late delivery than the actual delivery date saying that they don’t have enough staff.
After going there for some 3-4 times, we have to wait for hours for pickup.
Also the saree that I gave was torn out by the staff
Not recommended.

I really like this laundry house and appreciate the service provided by the worker's and all they have done to keep the store well running with the staff . The work done here is very professional they've made us feel reassured and comfortable washing here.Best service .

TLH have genuinely excellent services. Now I don't worry about stains on my clothes as I am confident that TLh will remove them. It is my preferred laundry place. We have been using their services since inception and satisfied

We have been regularly using their services since the opened, and give them laundry for dry cleaning almost 2 times a week. However, since November 28, 2022, we have lost 8 items of clothing. They do not want to accept that these items have been misplaced by them even after giving them photos of the missing clothes and exact dates. All they say is we count and we give. They’re not bothered to search their store for the missing items which together are of a significant value. Absolutely poor customer service and ownership. Please be very vigilant of what you give them as they are clearly unequipped to handle high volumes and do not want to accept when they are at fault. Ruining shirt buttons and jeans every now and then, although unacceptable, is still manageable but misplacing clothes is definitely NOT acceptable.
