Update Jan 2019: after many emails and phone calls got the issue resolved. They have a new agency for the service in kannur now.
Bought a glass top hob from here and is having issues with the burner. The service from Faber is very pathetic. The brass burner gives yellow flame and blackens all the vessels. The service person who came informed that it was fault of the new design. After writing to their customer, nobody have turned up until now to replace the burners. So keep away from Faber!!! The retailer will not help you in getting the service at all.

I bought a Faber Built in Electric Oven from here and did not use much as we were overseas most of the time. We may have used it 10 times and then it stopped working... We bought it thinking it is a premium product - not really...Not recommended.

Bad after sales service. The promptness on selling the product is not there after the installation of kitchen and products.

hood got damaged within warranty period and registered a complaint, these guys turned up few days after warranty date. Hence they said it can’t be covered under warranty.

Pathetic after sales service and poor quality of installation. They are one of those typical retailers who doesn’t give a rats A once you pay the full amount. Totally dissatisfied with their service and I strongly urge anyone reading this review to not fall for this trap. They are even rude when you point out the irregularities in their work. Stay away from them

Horrible experience from the show room! Arrogant staff !!
I am working as Project Consultant & Interior Designer at Kannur.
It was quite a bitter experience for me. Some years back, I recommended a modular kitchen work for one of my client. My client believed the guarantee promises given for the material. The kitchen cabinets were eventually damaged and the client was compelled to replace the total cabinets by another agency!
I had pointed out this matter in the showroom and was upset with the arrogant behavior of the staff.
I am compelled to comment on the above matter.

Brought a Faber 3 burner gas stove on January 15th 2021. One of the burner burned and melted completely after 8 days of use. Luckily escaped from an accident in kitchen. Waiting for the after sales service. Really regretting now about the selection and safety in future.
