Alea Modular Kitchen

Poor service, we visite tem few days back.
While the services offered were very good, but after taking the measurements they have not contacted us back .
Inspite of the fact that we have made so many calls to then for after designs, they are not responding.
Very casual attitude

Big and well laid out class kitchen designs. Decor 👍proffesional staff who were flexible to our repeated changes and requests. Maybe intimidating for some. Range of material and color samples. Reasonable.

Dealing is good but its a honeytrap first the sales person gives you the quotation which is extremely high and then they say we are giving you 25% discount afterwards they set your meeting with the owner and owner gives you another discount but at the end also the kitchen is so overpriced but after getting 2 discounts one thinks its good to go …… i had a deal with the alea owner but then after taking the token money the called me nexT day and said we forgot to include price of shutters in quotation your total is increased by 1.5 lakh such an irresponsible behaviour is not at all expected from such a brand either it was intentional or its there strategy god knows but I haven’t seen such a unofficial behaviour from any such company

Amaging Kitchen Concept. Superb experience and customer service...make your kitchen luxurious

I'm a fastidious person and after a lot of research I decided to go with Alea kitchens due to their lovely display as well as professionalism.
Some of the things I liked:

1. Their displays project actual kitchen finishes that you'll get, unlike some other companies who display luxury finishes just for show.
2. My kitchen is tapered but they made it look seamless without wasting any space.
3. The electric and plumbing outlet markings were colour coded along with company branded stickers.
4. The installers were polite and professional. They neatly packed the kitchen when the counter top was being installed and cleaned up afterwards.
5. I got my kitchen installed in Solan which is an outstation. I didn't have to worry about transportation or living situation of the installers.
6. My dad liked the metal carcass.
7. My wife loved the functionality of it. Everything is within reach and easy to access.
8. Lastly, I paid exactly what I was promised initially. No hidden charges no haggling.

The process was extremely smooth throughout. My whole family is so happy and we get compliments on daily basis.

One of the best places for modular kitchen concepts in the region. You can have the feel of real kitchens showcased for the costumers. The dealing is fair and quality superb.
