The customer service is preposterous. It sucks at a whole new level. The man I met, who called himself the manager, lacks basic courtesy. I have no clue who gave him the job in the first place. Speaks a lot about the kind of people they hire.
Please visit some other store. The customer sevice ruined it for me. Avoid the store as much as possible.

The most pathetic creature in this world belongs here. He is a manager or something , which he actually doesn’t deserve to be. The senior management here is not worth and we can’t expect anything from them. Zero customer satisfaction and the way they speak especially the person I’m referring to is insane. Such a nice place in wrong hands. I don’t understand why this moron is even alive. He should be somewhere behind bars most probably. Taught him a lesson already but it’s better to share this with others like who’re going to visit the store in future . Cheers

It should be noted that a place is only as good as the service provided to the customer base. Heard this one provided good options to put up with interiors but to my dismay they have the lowest class of customer service. One of the guys in charge is ridiculously ill-mannered. Second-rate & unacceptable behaviour like that of a thug. The owner needs to take count or Nolte India will soon in the news for all the bad reasons.

Disastrous customer service. They have no care about customer experience whatsoever!

One of the best experience center in North India in such huge space. Specially for the kind who gets fascinated by design details, has European taste in products. Staff is very warm & has design sense. After sales services is also very prompt. Loved the straight line, minimalism intent in products. Cheers!
