My husband bought a chain from them. After use of 1 week chain was showed out some open area in middle. So I went there to change that pc. The total weight was 6.790. when I asked them to show some options so Mr. Mayank Goel from the store give a look to me as an I am some one who came for some other purpose and after so many request he showed only 6 pcs in which 4 was higher from my weight (which I already cleared that I need till 7 grm not more than that). His behave was very bad. He cleared that his good treatment for only first time customer if you come back for their own jwellery defect so they will treat you like you are a bagger. Don't recommend at all. Specially if you want to buy from meerut City. In metro city people behave differently. A big NOOOO for meerut PC jewellers.

Worst staff ever. We tried a few things but didn't like anything, and the staff made us feel so uncomfortable. They even threw some jibes as we got up to leave. 😣
