Bad service, orders are not made as per given specification, delivery is too late, unsatisfactory customer service

Very bad experience, they misguide the customer about their return and refund policies. And if you get any manufacturing defects and want to change the product then you have to again pay the making charges. First and last purchase from this store. Tanishq is best because they clearly explain all the policies,rules and regulations. Reliance jewels just makes fool to customers and rob their hard earned money.

The behavior of the staff is good but if we talk about Sachin in the staff, then he is very good among all the staff.

Good place in lakhimpur khiri. Nice jewellery showroom with lots of variety according your budget.

Loved my overall experience. It gave me immense pleasure to see such dedicated staff which ensured to give good customer experience at all levels.
Jewellery designs were limited but we made through the purchase successfully with modern design and good craftsmanship of earrings.
They did provide certificate of the article for resale purpose.
Only issue is with the jewelry box, it wasn't worth it. Low quality jewelry box was only thing which turned out bad in my experience.
So give a try to reliance jewels for your next purchase. Happy shopping.
