Very good customer service and all the jewels are 916 hallmark gold. Usually, it takes about 15-20 minutes to make payment after decided what you are going to buy which is understandable considering dealing with gold/silver. Overall, a great place to buy gold/silver.

Collections are ok, wastage is very high. Once I ordered a bangle for my 3 years old daughter by referring to the design for adult. While ordering, I enquired and found the wastage is 13%.
Then after 2 weeks they informed that my order has came and when I went, I found that the design is not which I ordered, but still the sales rep is trying to convince that it's almost same so I can buy.
Since I denied, they took another 2 weeks and got the one which I ordered but that too there is only the change in the diameter but the width of the bangle is as same as the adults one. So it doesn't look good. since I ordered, I accepted and when I went for billing, shocked to see that the wastage is 16%. When I enquired the same guy, he just lied from his tooth that he never said it's 13% wastage earlier.(meanwhile, the gold price also increased)
After lot of argument, he reduced to 15%. since that day is my daughter's birthday and i have no time to wait, so I bought it. Obviously no one in family liked the design.

Never, ever gonna step into your shop anymore.

Very less collection of silver(வெள்ளி) jewels. Went to buy lamp( விளக்கு) but not able to find the suitable one. Staffs are very helpful.

Reputed jewellery in Karur. Excellent customer service. The sales people were humble and patience. They answered all the questions with humbleness. Felt a little costly comparing few jewellery showroom run by local business people. If you prefer brand, quality and good customer service, Joyalukkas should be your go to showroom.
