Excellent store, nice designs and collection. But consider changing your staff. Keep people who are motivated. I'm taking away one star as the Manager was all time busy playing game on his phone and didn't helped showing any stuff to us. We explored designs online, called store and went there hoping we will see more designs. There were 3 people in store and we were only customer in. Still no one cared to show stuff to us. On 18-Aug-2019, I could have bought a lot more as was a special day for us. Eventually we ended up buying same set we saw online and came out quickly.

Beautiful designs but need to add more to their collection range. I am satisfied with the service provided here. Staffs are very cooperative.

Went again after two years. Same experience, attractive display, wide choice and price range. Excellent staff, Kanchan was very helpful in showing and helping make choice. Strongly recommend...Will go again..

My experience here was horrible specially with the after sale service , i got a bracelet repaired for which they changed the extra stuff apart from the needed repair .. also doubled the repair cost too which I had to pay to get my bracelet back .. ! The jewellery is as it very delicate .. looks pretty but easily gets damaged..Tanishq is always the best bet !

I have been a Caratlane customer since 2015. I have always found the designs very unique, Elegant and attractive. I buy almost every diamond jewellery from Caratlane. I have a huge collection of Diamond and Gold jewellery from Caratlane. The Caratlane outlet in DB city has the most courteous staff including Mr.Rishi who is very helpful and an amazing guide. The best part about Caratlane is lifetime exchange and free repairs. I had issues with my diamond earrings during lockdown and the staff made sure that I get my issue resolved buy going above and beyond. Due to these efforts I will continue to be a loyal Caratlane customer for ever. 💓

They give worst customer service. I got my jewelry on 9july, was broken on same day. Filed complaint and gave for repair which took 30 days. I asked for home delivery at the time of giving for repair they said yes. And when it came from Mumbai after repaire, they didn't even inform. I went to take the ring in September 26. The sales person looked into the details said "oh u asked for home delivery?" And yes yet I have to come to take the product as no one from the shop had time to inform on call or message.
I won't suggest anyone to purchase from this shop as the customer services are not good. If u have any issues with jewelry and u r on your own.
