We visited store on 22/06 the staff was very friendly, I was there for my ring exchange, which I bought in 2020 and as ORRA claim you can anytime exchange and take a new jewellery in return hassle free, the staff said it is available in Pune and they had requested for exchange so it will be in Indore soon, after that although we haven’t planned for new purchase but we did buyed two sets of necklace and earrings, from that day till now, I haven’t heard from them about the ring status, and now when I called them they said it is sold out from Pune and now it will be at higher price if we will get you one from other store, what kind of service is this? I already told them that please keep ring with u and order the different size they denied and now they denied the exchange too. I’m very sure I’m not gonna buy from this store again, my mistake i purchased two of the items from them.

They failed to fulfill their commitment regarding guarantee card a ring which was purchased on 04 September 22...still I have been waiting for guarantee card since 4 September 22. Poor service after sales.
