Very limited collections when i visited recently which is fine however we were unhappy with the salesperson behaviour. I felt she was least interested in showing atleast all the available options. We had nice experience on all of our previous visits however this time it was disappointing. Even for a minor repair request of an ornament she simply denied without even getting checked. The management should look on to improve and maintain the customer experience.

They are the biggest fraud in the city, they charge atleast 15% wastage & making charges + GST. You will end up selling your kidney. Better opt for Malabar gold or Jos alukkas they charge only 4-5% wastage & Making charges.
