It's an biggest mistake a customers do without understanding.

Customers are bound to take Jules at there Jules by paying extra Making Charges, which they tell 24% some time.

Secondly if you are exiting within the 1 year Scheme they will not value for our gold being allotted but ask you to only Money.

It's always best to invest in some FD and get better discounts from multiple Vender itstud of making them Rich.

Billing process is extremely slow and you have to run from one counter on the first floor to another counter on the basement floor.
Staff is very slow.

Cheat Alert. Consumers be aware while buying gold jewelry with stones in it. They sell stones at the same price of gold, Then quote "No Stone Charges".

When the same Jewelry is taken for exchange they would smartly remove the stone weight and calculate gold price.

Such a bad experience! I'd not suggest anyone to take any gold scheme from this Shree Sai gold palace. They will play with customer emotions towards the Gold. The customer executives doesn't have knowledge on the schemes of their own company and misguide to the customers . I'd like to share my experience with this jeweler shop. At first, I had taken a Gold scheme after making a payment for 3 months .The executive convinced me saying that the the Scheme will be merged further and I'll get free making charges in another scheme, after finishing the installments for 12 months , visited the shop again to check about the purchase and Here there is a shock!!! that the , two schemes cannot be merged and I've to do the installments again for another 3-4 months to get the benefits. So, it meant that they are doing only just to play with customers.
So, I sincerely request people not to continue with this shop again.

Clear fraud of all times. They just don't tell the gross weight and net weight of gold jewelry with stone. While selling they sell Stone at the price of gold. while buying back they separate both and then quote the price.

When we ask them they give an answer saying " Naav Heege Madodu".

Please beware of this jewelry brand. Dont waste your money.

First they try to impose something extra with your purchase and then the manager will come to picture , this guy will try his level best to sell thier schemes along with your purchase ( will even go further to make you understand that your financial decisions are not good ) then the worst part , if you have decided to buy diamonds then they will start from the lowest and will make you realise that these are not in your range . I would seriously not recommend anyone to make any sort of purchase from this store

But they will collect everything all charges in making charges
I was purchased small ear rings, billed 16.5 percent making charges
Finally they told after billing that no exchange, no refund
All jewelry shops income depends up on making charges, stone charges and wastage charges
If we purchase 1lah rupees gold, 20 k benefits for shop owners so finally our gold value 80 k only

Old models alot in the show room... They need to update.... But compare to others ur prices are awesome unbelievable
