On Sunday, Aug 21st visited your showroom along with my wife and Sister-In-Law, this was my first visit.. as soon as entered the showroom, starting from welcoming, treating the customer with smile, ensuring that we are comfortably seated and then started showing the options, they have varieties of design to choose in Gold, Silver & Diamond as well.
I appreciate customer centric approach and kudos to Manish and team for convincing purchase..
Only one area i feel it can be better is making charges percentage, they need to be aggressive in reducing further..
