Joyalukkas Jewellery

Went to buy gold ring on dhanteras. Collections are fine but designs are very old fashioned and very slow services. Staff behaviour are very rude specially the guard who take care of crowd. We were doing billing and was waiting for the receipt and he just came and asked us to leave the place as he thought we are done with billing part. So we just informed him that we are waiting for bill then he was asking us to talk properly which was pathetic as he was the one who suppose to behave properly. Bad experience

I have visited Joyalukkas @Pheonix mall today... experienced very hostile environment with well behaved staff especially Miss Soundary who patiently explained and showed us all varieties of jewelleries.
Also Mr. Basayya Math who also behaved well with the customer and smoothly completed our purchasing.
Suggest everyone to visit this store as they have latest and trendy collections.

Very dude behaviour. We went as a couple to buy gold rings. The attender lady made us wait and let another customer who was apparently a family before letting us. If you want just family customers please put up a board outside next time.

I bought my wedding ring at Joyalukas Phoenix Mall branch, and had a beautiful shopping experience. Specifically, I would like to appreciate Seema and Akhil(staff executive) who put efforts much more than I expected to find the availability of ring for my fiancee in their other outlets. A good store with decent collections. We went to get jewellery for my daughter with the gold scheme that we had with them and they made the process convenient and quick for us. Helped us find what we were looking for quite fast and were patient with us. Specifically Rajith and Ganesh helped us complete the purchase smoothly.

Today I have taken diamond ring . It was nice and affordable. Staff Mr. Gurupreeth Singh was humble and treated well...
