This a quaint little silver shop that is easy to miss and tucked away in a corner. However, they have a very good collection of silver jewelry. Very affordable and the person who owns this place was super helpful in helping me choose a nice gift for my spouse as I wanted to surprise her. Worth visiting and buying from of you are in Phoenix Market City Mall.

Ordered for 4 items.Receivwd 3 in excellent condition.Have not received the fourth one a necklace for around 9 k.They will followup on a bad review with a phone call but no action further will be taken.Also they won't send all items together citing issues of stuff being lost.Plan to file a consumer complaint against them for cheating.

I bought thennamara thoppai mangalsutra from them and their finishing is so bad .. had sharp edges and as it's almost been a year the colour on it is changing to copper....it had no hallmarking also ... After repeated messages and request over the phone and an email they agreed to finally resolve the issue .. now they sent me a genuine replacement and a better version of the mangalsutra with hallmarking ..

The worst customer support that I have ever seen.

Part of my order was delivered. I requested to ship the pending product soon as will be leaving the town. I got a call from your executive Ms Maria. She told she can dispatch the product immediately, if I pay the amount (I have opted for COD) while placing the order. She said she can dispatch if make the payment instead of COD. I made the payment and also extra amount for fast shipping. Reply was very good until I made the payment. Today, I have literally asked more than 10 times since morning to share the tracking details. All my msgs are left ‘Seen’ like what is this ? This is really frustrating. You just can not ignore customers and keep them in Seen zone with out any response.

Ordered one silver Ganesha and the product was excellent.
