I planned to purchase necklace n ring for my would-be for our engagement day, so i visit to pcj (Muzaffarnagar). I saw few necklace and finalized one. Then i asked sales girl for Engagement ring, i saw few but didnt like it so i asked her to show more designs, when i asked for more the sales girl felt uneasy and Suddenly she got frustrated and stopped showing more designs n wrapped up everything. i waited for few mins but she didnt respond well, so i walked out of showroom empty hand"
Ultimately sales staff was not aware about products, quality & schemes. If customer comes he/she always keen to know something new style in products with some trust on brand...
Pcj teach your staff how to behave..

I brought a nose pin and it broke within a day. When I claimed a return within 2 days they have given me 90 percent of my net worth...

Worst products.. brought one bangle And it broke within 4 days.. showroom manager SANDEEP KUMAR… he is so rude.. did not help and waster the entire time. Quality and sales staff does not have any knowledge about the products.. plus the online website pc products are available at less price while on showroom the same product is expensive.. big cheaters.. dont waste your valuable money in buying pc jweller products.. TANISHQ is anytime better or local jwers are better..
