Malabar Gold and Diamonds - Madurai

Worst experience ever had in my life....
1. Advertisement says fair price, but completely unfair price... Very high making charge and wastage...
2. Manager is not ready to listen what we say... He repeats only his words again and again....
3. Worst customer care , after purchase of high value items they have given it in a paper bag which is very unsecured even can't carry for 10 meters... Gifts are not expected, but at least basic has to be maintained
4. we never go again there... not to suggest others as well

This place has a unique design collection in diamonds and is constantly updated with new designs on our next visits... excellent customer satisfaction and service with friendly staff... Look for Mr.Joshi to have a satisfying shopping experience .. to another level the shop gives a whole good vibe and fortune that made us come back here for our jewellery investments.❤️

I have long time relationship with Malabar but today I feel very worst hospitality my 2 yr baby cried for coffee with1 hr contiusly,but they are said panitary person busy so not give coffee for child. I feel not come with Malabar again.
