No saleswoman, only salesmen so they can distract women and flirt around. They never reduce wastage and one has to stand and argue for hrs together for a 1-2 percent reduction in wastage. Avoid this place no matter what and never enter into any schemes with them. Poor design collection and no chairs to sit also in certain sections and very bad treatment of customers, teasing them in their local language thinking one wouldn't understand.. Keep it up.. You guys are never gona continue long!

We went to buy silver anklet for my daughter of age 6. They have less collections. Saleswomen is forcing us to join in gold scheme even though we refused couple of times. I requested saleswoman to display the weight of silver anklet but she told it will be checked during billing. In billing counter they told they don't have display to show the weight of ornament and we only pack it. He asked me to weigh myself in any one weighing machine in shop.
Customer service is very poor.
I request Jos Alukkas to take action to improve customer service to avoid brand reputation.

I had a bad experience in purchase of diamond Mugappu chain. I purchased one Thali chain with diamond Mugappu. They charged Rs 68500/- per carrot for diamond and making charges of Rs 33100/- which is very very high. Another day I went to GRT jewelry for purchase of gold coins and visited diamond section where their price is Rs 61500/ per carrot for same grade and size and also negotiable. Also after usage of two weeks, the chain started to break. They refused to replace the chain. After a tough fight with them, they only repaired the chain. The Shop managers behaviour was very rude.
The branch manager to be removed to improve the Customer service.
He does not know how to receive the customers

Silver Jewel's collection low.
No saleswoman. So the salesman can't manage/behave properly with lady customer. That's poor thing. Wastage percent was too high. U must argue to reduce some percentage. No chairs at most of sections to sit for customers. And Difficult to some aged person without sitting. don't know their intention... isn't customer not to take more time to select the design was the plan. Most of the salesperson from kerla only. Expecting more improvement in future. Hope for better next time.

Seriously I don't know. Only this shop only following this rule. Some silver ornaments not calculated grams wise simply telling this is the final price. I checked gents bracelet that piece having 30g price is Rs.7000. it's coming 1g rate is Rs.233. But market rate is Rs.66. What logic this is? I don't know. Sales girl told me this ornaments not coming gram wise price. Only pice price.
