A famous Jain Pilgrimage Temple of Ghantakrana Mahavir. Well maintained and managed. Well connected with Good Conditions of Roads. Ample of parking space available. Sukhdi (a sweet preparation of wheat and Ghee) available as Prasad(which is required to be consumed in premises only). Jain Food Facilities available. Accomodation only for Jains.

Really miss Mahudi Shukdi. The best place for Shukdi in the world. No matter how good chef you are but can't beat Shukdi from here. Very clean temple and the atmosphere. Feels pretty peace whenever I visited. Looking forward for more trips to this temple.

Neat Religious Place to visit. However Temple should take care of places right at the entrance of the temple as hawkers make them dirty and litter surrounding with garbage

The place is clean, beautiful and well kept. No entry ticket needed. Big parking area behind the temple. Lunch available for pay and eat inside the temple campus. Place to stay is available. This is a Jain temple though open for all. There are free auto rides inside the temple for elderly or people who have problem in walking. Many seating area inside the temple campus. There is a river which is 1.7kms away from the temple which can be visited by walking through the Mahudi village. Approach road to mandir is also good. Parking is free and wheelchair accessible.

Actually this place needs no introduction, have actually grown up visiting this place mostly once every year since last 15yrs at least.
Even visited after 1st covid wave when there were many restrictions and no live sukhdi (which is the main prasad here) just a small prasad in the exit queue and the famous ghantakarn mahavir temple and 24 tirthankar tirth.
As on 20 Aug 21, live sukhdi is available with little restrictions in temple visit and of course the 24 tirthankar darshan is closed since covid and as mentioned by authorities and will be till dec 21 as renovation is carried out.
Bhojanshala has started and we had lunch, same taste, even live sukhdi is same before covid.
They keep on changing parking exits this time exit was from main entrance and entry from back entry as usual changed around 5yrs or so ago.
But the locals outside seemed to be fatally hit by covid and even the employees inside as everyone kept on asking for some donation which was not the case earlier.
