Renu Broadband Raebareli

This is not coming out of any rage, this is a review after waiting for 2 weeks with all my patience. The providers are extremely careless and unprofessional, who cannot respond to your follow-up calls and even if you are lucky to connect with them they either will give you a false commitment or say they are busy.
I mean what on earth they are busy with? Their job is to provide connection and they are not giving it instead disconnecting repetitive calls.
I highly discourage them because if they are so bad even before providing a service just imagine what will happen if you face problems after getting a connection, those will never get addressed.

Sadly google review does not has -ve rating.

Service is good and plans are at reasonable rate. Installation charges are comparatively high as router and modem which they install are not of very good quality and good brand..Internet speed provided is also very good.

Internet service provider in Raebareli city. Mr. Ved Srivastava is propriter of this company and well versed with the networking. They also provide high speed internet connection based on fibre optics lease line. Internet plans are affordable and easy to purchase. Mr. Ved is very responsive and attand the support call promptly. I have taken internet services from him since inception of his setup and satisfied with the service.

I'm verry verry verry very happy 😊 after using renu broadband service really verry good internet speed experience by me and my family members . And also who provide me this service in my home Ved prakash and his team working way is wonderful and very coperative nature ..

Very poor service after receiving payment.

Very poor service .Renu wire staff is not responding and no complain are attend by them .

Thirds class service, Uneducated people in customer case who even don't know how to talk to customer and response query . Very lazy stuff. They don't deserve the single start. No online recharge options and if you paid offline, they forget to recharge account.
