The customer care number which is given here is utterly useless..the man who owns this number does work for netplus but keeps on saying replace 75 in the number with 85 ,since the number here is his personal number. When you call on the suggested number , it takes you to someone in Uttar Pradesh. On top of it..this man is not even ready to take the Complaint let alone resolving it.In today's time when we all are working from home ,this kind of behaviour is unacceptable . We understand that there might be some glitches in the network some times but we as customers atleast need a response. This is utter nonsense ,And for the phone number.. sorry sir,this is not a platform to share your personal number if you are not willing to act professionally.You better take that down and put up a number which gets things sorted for customers,otherwise shut ur operations down!

Don't even deserve a half star,very very poor network.....always out of service

Poor service regular calls incase of breakdown

Very bad experience Nobody listens to the complaints poor connection on every 2-3 days Customer care number is busy all the time

They don't reply on mails
If Customer care don't know about the problem they don't guide
They always cut the call without any answer
From these two problems they are worst
But at another hand the internet speed is very good
Two stars
Only for the internet speed
But for other customer service they are not good at all

It's been 3 days trying to call customer care but no response and always say executives busy with other customer very pathetic service if they cant handle it they should stop there services. If bill is one day delay they disconnect the services.

Don't reply all the mails and calls also then how customers connect??

B Band is not working since 4 days. No solution even after repeated requests to costmer care. Many times. Management needs to look in seriously.
