Saiwifi:Internet BroadBand Provider

I'm using saiwifi for last one year.Netspeed is ok and staff are supported but one issue is net disconnect for 10-15min for 3-4time per day that why I'm not satisfied

Pros - The wifi speed is the best .Connection is always there except sometimes during strong raining but only for a day or two.The servicing is fast as always..
Cons - It is costly and has over priced plans The wireman are greedy and always ask for money whenever they do something .. So better be careful from them
But overall if u r looking for a decent wifi network in balasore definitely give it a shot.

I was using from last 2.5yrs for work from home...its the best service among all..any complain ..it will solve in some minutes just a call away....nice behaviours of all staffs...very cooperatives...very professionals...

In such a huge cyclone there was little bit of connection lost. After little bit clear of cyclone they immediately recover and restore the internet connection.

I'm going to put out real review. If you believe me it's good otherwise no worries.Try it for yourself.

Pros:
1) Good sales team.
2) Best coverage in Balasore city(are present in localities where even big brands are not present)
3) Bandwidth delivery as promised.
4) Personal interaction with customers even after having huge customer base.
5)Good interpersonal behaviour wid customers.

Cons:
1)Uses reasonable quality modem/routers even after charging installation and service charges.
2) Lot of competitors in market.

Till date fastest internet ever , very less packet drops their support and after sales is outstanding , really after using this internet till 6 months I never felt i have loose my money.

If you want 50mbps or 100mbps dont forget to install 5GHZ router it gives 48mbps and 98mbps speed at constant , install it where you want to access mostly.

Due to WFH situation, I was looking for a good reliable FTTH ISP at Balasore so that I can move to Balasore and work from my hometown. After multiple online research and based on recommendation from relatives who are availing services from SaiWiFi and Google reviews, I decided to go ahead with SaiWiFi for my FTTH Broadband connection in September 2020.

I have been availing Internet broadband services from SaiWifi since last 6 months and I am very very satisfied with the service. For me, the following were the most important things in Internet connection.
1.Reliable connection with almost zero down time.
2.Reliable promised Internet speed.
3.Quick action and resolution of issue if any caused due to downtime or fiber cut.

From my six months of usage, I would rate 5 out of 5 to SaiWifi in my rating for all of the three above. I have been getting my actual Internet connection speed almost 99% of times and very little down time. At times there have been down times for like 5 minutes to 10 minutes but they get auto resolved and almost negligible. When ever there has been any Fibercut or longer down time Mr Debasnana, from SaiWifi has been very quick to respond and get the issue fixed at the earliest or keep us updated if the issue is impacting all customers. The behavior of staff of SaiWifi has always been very professional and good.

The only con that I could point out is the current pricing of Internet speed plans. The current Internet speed plans are a bit on the higher side. It was very high in September 2020 when I had taken the connection but for the same price the Internet speed has now been doubled but still I believe the prices of Internet plans are a bit too high from the industry standard and would be great if SaiWifi can bring down the prices of its Internet plans and offer higher speed plans at lower rates.
