I have had the worst experienced with this connection..I suggest you all do not go for this connection it's very bad and the service also is bad..plus the amount of money they charge doesn't even worth a penny..How they charge so much with such a bad network speed...This SkyBB services is money making service.. Atleast provide a good speed since you charge so much in one month..😡

I had a poor ping issue with this service provider despite paying a hefty sum of money. But when i decided to surrender it, they are ignoring my calls making false promises of returning my deposit. It has been more than a month and yet they have neither taken the equipment back nor returned my security deposit.

Do not be fooled. It is not at all for gaming believe me. I recommend Jio Fibre or Airtel Xtreme. Pathetic quality. I have complained several times but no improvement in services. No point in complaining. The worse part is we have to pay 6 months at one go so i’m just waiting for my current plan to expire. Eagerly waiting for that.

The speed fluctuates too much or just stops working suddenly, and if you want to change to a new plan you have to call the customer support (they rarely pick up the call). Wouldn’t recommend.

Seem like the office workers are not interested in getting more customers very very poor services don't even want to explain how to get even a connection

Horrible service . Always some trouble with the internet connection . Extremely disappointed . Better to opt for Jio Firbe or Airtel .

I have been a customer of Sky Broadband Services since November 2020 and have nothing but good things to say about it.

The net speed is as promised and is seldom inconsistent. The rates might be off putting at first but the reliable services more than makes up for the upfront cost.

The customer service is also excellent as they provide you with instant SMS whenever there may be a downtime in the services.

Only hoping they could maintain this level of quality if/when the number of consumer increases.
