I really suggestions to gtpl close him business they can't service to their customers and all gtpl executive are lazy and work thief. I have gtpl connections and its my personal experience every month 7-8 day internet close and no any one come solve my problem and close my complain.

World worst service in GTPL. Do not purchase GTPL Broadband. My Shifting request pending last 20 days. Even I paid the amount of shifting and when u call for the updation then their technical team will not respond properly and they will say that ur shifting request is in progress.. Kindly request to all of you plz don’t ever purchase the GTPL broadband bcoz they r very big big “CHEATERS”..

i have worked in Fincare SFB in Naroda Branch Bethak, we are using GTPL internet service last 6 month and every month 5 to 10 times i faced issue regarding internet down and nodody can response for resolving the issue. So finally i have bad experience with GTPL Broadband service.

Worst service ever i recharge my renewal plan tomorrow from gtpl application and still my connection was not active and customer care say that please mail i mailed 10 times but still no response. I lost my 5900 in such a worst service provider

Worst service ever seen.daily internet down.there is no option of 0 star.otherwise will give 0.plz don't go for gtpl.you will repent later

Worst service ever, my internet have not been connected for past 15 days and when asked for refund they denied it. I have complaint about the router several times but the sales team haven't responded on it once. When ever I complain about the router and cabel they ask me to visit the service center, then what's the point of having customer care number. Don't waste your time and money on it. I would have given them 0 stars.

This is such a third class service among all internet services, they are big froad and very cheap peoples. After payment they will not answer even. There is no seriousness about services , they are specialized in taking money.
