Never purchase any internet connection from them . I purchased and I found one of the worst experience I ever had with an internet provider. I purchased my connection on 27 april 2022 and after that they took more than three days to install . they also took 2590rs as 2000rs as security deposit for instrument which I never received and 590rs for plan . I cancelled the internet subscription before installation, so as per the rule they need to give me my money back but till now I haven't received my subscription money..for security deposit i have to wait for 3 months, i got it on 20th july 2022. This is a fraud company and there local operator respect you till you have the connection after you unsubscribe they abuse you and company will not take any action against them. this is not a fake review. 8681128 is the complaint number if you want to check. I even file a complaint against them in consumer court ..you know its INDIAN system...no one will hear till the time you pay some amount. and get from the local operator name "prince cable"..
