DRS International School

As a parent of a 10 year old daughter and a 4 year old son studying in DRS International School, I find this school an ultimate destination for the all-round development of children that offers wide-ranging experiences throughout the PYP journey and after that all through Secondary and Higher Secondary grades. The best part is, all along the Primary Years Programme, my children have never felt stressed out thanks to the supportive environment provided by the school. Unlike most other schools, DRSIS ensures students don't experience monotony on a day to day basis as they engage students in a variety of activities aimed at empowering and equipping students with 21st century skills like analytical thinking, creative problem solving, etc.

When looking for a CBSE school for my son when he started Grade 9 this year when we shifted to Hyderabad from Pune, it took some time for me to shortlist and make the final decision as Hyderabad has many good CBSE schools. It was confusing especially since there are many new schools coming up. Finally narrowed down to DRS International School, and I’m happy with my decision since. The teaching is good, enhancement classes have helped him and there are many activities. Sports is also given a lot of importance in the school, he has taken up skating now. I can definitely see a change in him.

I looked at results, teachers, campus facilities etc and also took opinions of many of my colleagues whose students are studying in different schools here.

I'm an ex-student of DRS and I miss the school- it taught me so much. Have so many great memories from it , great teachers, great great facilities. I was an IB PYP student and the school has really given me a global outlook.

They not only develop children's ,they are helping in building nation

Is there hostel facility for girls and boys in this school? If yes, from which standard it will start?.

Poor experience. I paid 25K as admission fee and was never told that it is not refundable. Later when we went for ''assessment'' , we were told that he has to reassess in a few months and parents have to coach their child. My son totally lost his confidence and never wants to go back again. And when i asked for refund, you can guess the answer. Will not recommend.

Waste of money…it is of no good this school is meant for business not for education,poor utilisation of resources and facilities.
