They give personal attention to kids. Teachers, Principal and all support staff are very keen in taking care of kids in all aspects. Students not only get good education but even they are emotionally taken care.
They have extra activities in order to improve students interest in studies along with the knowledge. Kids are always eager to go to the school.

There are few observations/suggestions
1. Not much happens in yoga period ..expect the teacher to make the kids learn different aasan
2. Use of lifts to be allowed provided an adult is with the kids
3. Marathi and Hindi subjects are at high level and need more understanding. Hence I suggest teachers to go slow and focus on vocabulary.
4. Don't encourage rote learning. instead of marking answers and students copying from textbook best way is to ask them to frame their own answers.
5. Transport facility is fine for us so far. Would appreciate if there is tracking system.
6. Saturday can be given off as students already spend so much time in school
7. Teachers should be more compassionate and pay attention to kids especially who have newly joined

Podar International School is one of the best school in Hiranandani , Thane . Teachers & whole staff are very professional and caring. As I always wanted to give the best to my odaughter, we are proud to be a part of Podar group of schools…

Very happy with PIS Thane. One of the good CBSE school in Thane. Nice infrastructure, professional teachers giving individual attention to each student. Only thing that school is lagging is good spacious canteen serving quality food (non junk food) & ground for playing. School also need to start focusing on extracurricular activities.

Marathi is a new subject for those children come from other state teachers help in vocabulary.
Some of subject work is completed before one week of exam time.
There is a confusion for workbook work is a class work or PW.
In periodic test give marks or grates that help the children to improve in itself.

Poor Administration of even basic necessary amenities like drinking water for kids n the toilet. No extra curricular activities. They are only focusing on collecting a hefty fees. But the quality offered for the fees is very poor. My ward is studying there now. But changing her to another school because of this issue.

We r lucky that we have choosen podar international school,my child Abu is studying here.
And the environment of school soooo good teacher n staffs r very cooperative.Teachers focus on each student individually.
We also want to enroll our two more kids but there is some issue for bus facility,we are so upset for this.
But apart from that the whole management is amazing.

Podar international school offers CBSE and IGCSE Curriculum from Kinder garden to +2.
The school doesn't have proper facilities for games and sports. Laboratories are operational now and this facility is being shared with both the boards.
Alternate Saturdays are working. The CBSE section is planning to start Morning and Afternoon batches from coming academic year.
